finally made it to Leiden after almost giving up .( it's a long ride and wasn't trusting myself I could find it) I was told to find the parking garage then look across the way for the city gate. I was excited when I heard that, I love any city with a gate. I rode across the bridge over a canal with beautiful boats passing underneath, looking to the right was the quintessential wind mill you expect to see in holland. It was so beautiful I literally sang out loud " I'm in heaven, I'm in heaven, and my heart can hardly speak ... " I got a few strange looks and smiles for that one. I didn't do it with any awareness it just pored from my heart and left my lips Like the graceful frog that I am. It's ok . I smile at every single person here. A huge warm smile because I want everyone to know how happy I am to be here.

A day alone
Today we all decided to take a day and do as we want. That meant a day at the water slides and free amusement park for the kidskin wanted to surf and me guess what I wanted? To bicycle . I am having the best day it's so lovely to cycle out if the city there are paths everywhere that a flatland safe. I decided to venture to another village called Leiden. It's gorgeous! The ride here was wonderful also . I pedaled through tunnels of trees paths lined with poppies and daisies, water ways filled with water Lillie's and draped in moss. The ocean was do close at one point I could taste it.i saw many beautiful horses and envied the people who live here with them. It was so magnificent then a big fly flew into my mouth I immediately reacted to spit it our and my lips made a huge fart sound. A woman was directly in front of me. It startled her and she almost fell off her bike. I was a little embarrassed to pass her because I'm sure she thought I farted.she probably didn't want to be behind me .
